Good Evening fellow losers...
Missed blogging yesterday, spent the evening at the gym. Today was my 5th day in a row at the gym. I'll be back at the gym at 10am tomorrow for an hour of cardio before my training session. I am really enjoying going to the gym. Especially since when I use My Fitness Pal and enter the excercise it will show me how much more I'll lose.
I found another great snack.... trader joe's organice greek style fat free yogurt (honey or vanilla flavor)... with about 10 raspberries. I add the raspberries and crush them up. YUM!! There's just enough sweet in there to satisfy my sweet craving...
My first weigh in is coming up on Monday, I must admit that I'm a little anxious about it. I haven't stepped on the scale. I'm so tempted but I'm waiting. I'm nervous because I have this expetation and I'm afraid that I may not meet that expectation. I know I have put in the work and my nutrition has been right on spot..
Wishing everyone a successful weekend!!
Happy losing

And a Happy Loser Day to you! The scale goes down, the scale goes up, but still fitting in my size 34 jeans instead of the 38's I was wearing (almost snuggly) a little over a year ago. And I feel better, so no matter what the scale (still down overall but not as far as I was)says I know I am better off than I was. You can do it! and you will continue to feel great with the working out. Now time for me to get off my backside and go do my 3+ miles for the day.
ReplyDeleteWay to go sis! super proud of you and inspired! Kept it up and whatever the scale says you are walking the path it will lead you there!
