this has become my best friend. If anyone is on this journey with me I really suggest this app and web site. It is making me want to go to the gym every day. Especially when I'm done entering for the day it tells me how much I would weigh in 5 weeks if every day were like this one. The biggest difference is the exercise.
I discovered a great lunch today.
Sandwich round
4oz grilled chicken
2 tbls trader joes tomato basil humus (35 calories)
1/4 avocado
I spread the humus and avocado on both halves of the sandwich round then topped with the grilled chicken.
I ate it open faced. Absolutely delicious
I was so full I couldn't eat all my apple slices
My other new favorite web site is skinny taste, here's the link. I know you will find a great new recipe to try. My friend tried the chicken taco chili, said it was amazing.
