Good evening fellow losers....

Another good day, I made cookies at work today and for the second day in a row I DID NOT have any!!! I'm feeling very good about my eating habits and I find myself wanting to go to the gym.  I'm really finding the my fitness pal app to be so extremely helpful.  I really like that and the end of the day it will tell you that if you continue with days like this... it tells you what you will weigh in 5 weeks and I'll tell you, I REALLY like that number!!!

I had a success today at the gym, my tainer checked my body mass index and since I started going to the gym last year it is down 8%!!! And it's down 1% from last week.  So that means even if the scale isn't showing me the numbers I like that my body has changed and that I have gained MUSCLE!!  Love it.  I want to be strong and fit!

Thank you to all who have given me feedback, support and most of all love. Without my support group I wouldn't make it!!!

Muaahhh....

Wishing everyone success....

  1. Did you see my comment on an earlier post about including links and pictures? Before and after shots would be fun and the more you link to things in your post, the more popular your blog will become.

Keep up the good work with avoiding the cookies. I trying myself to avoid them too.

    1. Keri, yes I did see you comments and suggestions. I actually was trying to find some pictures to post but I don't have many on this computer. Most of my pictures were on the computer that was stolen. I'm feeling so awesome and I find myself wanting to go to the gym and feel great about making such good foot choices. I can't thank you enough for all your help.

  2. Sounds like you are doing GREAT! Keep it up. I did really well for the first 30 lbs I lost when I started running a lot, but after I ran the marathon last fall, I cut back on the running a bit...unfortunately I did not cut back on the eating very well and have gained 10 back. So, finding a run I want to do and picking up my running again. So, in short I need to set myself a new goal and concentrate on to keep the exercise level up.
